Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- diced Onion
- 300 g Barker's Butter Chicken Paste
- 1 1/2 kg Chicken, diced
- 400 g Canned Tomatoes
- 200 ml Coconut Cream
- to garnish Coriander
Method
- Sweat the diced onion in the oil under tender.
- Add the Barker's Butter Chicken Paste and continue to cook slowly for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and stir to combine with the paste.
- Add the tomatoes and cook gently until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in the cream and adjust the seasoning.
- Top with fresh coriander sprigs and serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
