Shipping Policy  

Flat Delivery Fee

To keep things simple, we have a flat delivery fee of $10.00 per order (up to 15kg) to one address within New Zealand. Orders between 16kg and 32kg will incur an additional $10.00 fee.

Heavy Orders

If your order is over 32kg, we’ll contact you to discuss your freight options.

Rural Delivery

If your order is to a rural delivery, there is an additional fee of $5.00.

Island Delivery

Additional freight charges apply as follows:
Chatham Islands – $25.00
Stewart Island - TBC
Waiheke Island- $15.00

Delivery Time

We estimate a delivery time of 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed.

Post Office Boxes

Please make sure you provide a physical address as we are unable to deliver to a post office box.

International Delivery
