Green Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients
- 500 g
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 300 ml Coconut Cream
- 200 ml
- 200 g
Method
- Blanch the chopped vegetables.
- Place in a standard quiche tin lined with a shortcrust or flaky pastry.
- Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and seasoning, and pour over the vegetables.
- Cook for approximately 40 minutes at 170°C fan bake or 190°C standard bake. Note: Cover the quiche with foil for the first 30 minutes to prevent the top vegetables from overcooking
