Berry Fruit Mince Brownies

Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 200 g Chocolate chunks
- 200 g Barker's Professional Berry Fruit Mince
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C and line a 20 centimetre baking tin with a greaseproof paper.
- Melt the butter and add to a bowl with cocoa. Mix together.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla, and combine. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Add fruit and chocolate. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking tin and bake for 30 to 50 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the brownies.
