A delicious tart made with a sweet pastry base filled with a rich blend of Barker's Professional Toffee Apple Patisserie Filling and Berry Fruit Mince. Topped with lattice pastry strips, egg-washed, and sprinkled with caster sugar, then baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 kg Sweet Pastry Base
- 3 1/2 kg Barker's Professional Toffee Apple Patisserie Filling
- 3 1/2 kg Barker's Professional Berry Fruit Mince
- 500 g Sweet Pastry Strips
Method
- Push 250 grams of the sweet pastry into each base evenly - trim off the excess pastry.
- In a large bowl, combine the Barker's Professional Toffee Apple Patisserie Filling and the Barker's Professional Berry Fruit Mince thoroughly. Spread 700 grams of the filling mixture evenly over each pastry base.
- In a criss-cross or lattice fashion, place 50 grams of the sweet pastry strips over each tart.
- Egg wash and sprinkle liberally with caster sugar.
- Bake at 180 Deg Celsius in a conventional oven, for approximately 26 to 28 minutes
- Baking times and temperature may vary from oven to oven.
