  • 1 Wild Chef Pumpkin & Quinoa Patty
  • Curly lettuce
  • 2 Mayonnaise
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, pickled
  • Halloumi, grilled
  • Barker’s Professional Capsicum & Apricot Chutney

Method

  1. Lightly grill the burger buns.
  2. Spread mayo on the buns and layer with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
  3. Place the Wild Chef Pumpkin & Quinoa Patty on the salad.
  4. Spread Barker’s Professional Apricot & Capsicum Chutney generously over the patty.
  5. Place slices of halloumi cheese on top.
