Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 374 g Barker's Professional Malay Curry Meal Sauce
- Fresh parsley or coriander, to garnish
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Pour in Barker’s Professional Malay Meal Sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or warm naan bread.
