Add a sweet touch to your beef stirfry with our Central Otago Rich Red Plum Sauce. Serving 3-4 people, this stirfry is perfect for a summer evening meal.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- g, thinly sliced Beef
- 4 Tbsp Barker's Central Otago Rich Red Plum Sauce
- 2 cups Mushroom
- 1 cubed Capsicum
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cubed Onion, red
Method
- Prepare all vegetables as per serving directions.
- Heat olive oil in wok or large fry pan over a medium heat. Add garlic and cook slightly.
- Add thin strips of beef and Central Otago Rich Red Plum Sauce. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing regularly.
- Add vegetables and mix well into the sauce.
- Toss for another 12-15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
