Devilled Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef mince
- 124 dried breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 125 g smoked cheese, chopped (optional)
- 120 Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
- 700 g Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
- 200 ml Water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spray a baking pan with oil and line with a sheet of non-stick paper. Spray the paper with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, eggs, cheese and the first amount of Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce.
- Once the meatballs are removed from the oven, pour over the sauce and toss to coat.
