Devilled Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef mince
  • 124 dried breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g smoked cheese, chopped (optional)
  • 120 Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
  • 700 g Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
  • 200 ml Water

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Spray a baking pan with oil and line with a sheet of non-stick paper. Spray the paper with oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, eggs, cheese and the first amount of Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce.
  4. Once the meatballs are removed from the oven, pour over the sauce and toss to coat.
