Ingredients
- 400 ml Vegetable stock
- 499 g Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base
- 40 g Dijon mustard
- Sea salt
- freshly milled black pepper
- 200 g grated gruyere/smoked cheese
Method
- In a saucepan, add the vegetable stock, Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Bring this pan to a simmer.
- Whisk in the cheese until dissolved.
