Ingredients

  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 499 g Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base
  • 40 g Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt
  • freshly milled black pepper
  • 200 g grated gruyere/smoked cheese

Method

  1. In a saucepan, add the vegetable stock, Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Bring this pan to a simmer.
  3. Whisk in the cheese until dissolved.
