Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl add the sour cream, grated Parmesan, and grated Havarti (grate half only, slice remainder) and mix well. Leave aside.
  3. On one side of the bread lightly butter and lay slices of ham, then sliced Havarti, then a tablespoon of the sour cream mix.
  4. On the other side spread a generous amount of Barker's Spicy Eggplant Chutney and a sprinkle of the freshly cut chives.
  5. Spread a tablespoon of the sour cream mix evenly on top.
  6. Grill in the oven until golden brown.
