A delicious breakfast trifle layered with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola. A fun and indulgent way to start the day!
Ingredients

- 250 g Granola
Method
- Add 1/4 cup of De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt to four glasses or ramekins.
- Layer most of the Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote, seasonal fruit and granola on top of the yoghurt.
- Top off each glass with another 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
- Garnish the remaining granola and seasonal fruit.
