Breakfast Trifle

A delicious breakfast trifle layered with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola. A fun and indulgent way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 50 g g De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt
  • 250 g Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote
  • 250 g Seasonal Fruit
  • 250 g Granola

Method

  1. Add 1/4 cup of De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt to four glasses or ramekins.
  2. Layer most of the Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote, seasonal fruit and granola on top of the yoghurt.
  3. Top off each glass with another 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
  4. Garnish the remaining granola and seasonal fruit.
