Ingredients

- 5 g Baking soda
- 3 g Baking powder
- 3 g Salt
- 125 g
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add one egg at a time, beating until smooth.
- Blend in Barker's Professional Banana Patisserie Filling.
- Then add sieved flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and walnuts.
- Mix together until all combined and deposit into a greased loaf tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
- Leave to cool.
