Banana Bread Loaf

Ingredients

  • 90 g Softened Butter Or Margarine
  • 200 g Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Barker’s Professional Banana Patisserie Filling
  • 300 g Flour
  • 5 g Baking soda
  • 3 g Baking powder
  • 3 g Salt
  • 125 g Chopped Walnuts

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add one egg at a time, beating until smooth.
  2. Blend in Barker's Professional Banana Patisserie Filling.
  3. Then add sieved flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and walnuts.
  4. Mix together until all combined and deposit into a greased loaf tin.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
  6. Leave to cool.
