A gorgeous and refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Try our NZ Apple & Elderflower Premium Mixer Soda Syrup, over plenty of ice, topped with soda and garnished with apple and edible flowers.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker’s NZ Apple & Elderflower Premium Mixer Soda Syrup
- Soda water
- to garnish Apple
- to garnish Mint
- to garnish Edible flowers
Method
- Pour 30ml Barker's NZ Apple & Elderflower Premium Soda Syrup, and top with soda.
- Garnish with a slice of apple mint and edible flowers.
- You can add 30ml Gin or Vodka if you fancy!
