An alcohol-free cocktail to impress, this refreshing Razzle Dazzle recipe combines blackcurrant fruit syrup with a taste of the Tropics.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker’s Squeezed NZ Blackcurrant Fruit Syrup
- 30 ml Lime
- Ice
- 30 ml Coconut water
- 30 ml Pineapple juice
- 90 ml Soda water
- to garnish Raspberries
- to garnish Strawberries
Method
- Place all ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.
- Add soda or tonic and stir until combined.
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with freshly frozen raspberries and mint. Enjoy!
