Delicious smoothies have never been so simple! Try this one after your next workout, using our Mixed Berry Smoothie Base.
Use any milk of your choice. This recipe is easily doubled to serve two people.
Ingredients
- 1/2 small Avocado
- 125 ml Greek yoghurt
- 50 ml Barker's Mixed Berry Smoothie Base
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
- 190 ml Milk
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve!
