  • 35 g Barker's Professional Mixed Berry Smoothie Base
  • 270 g Dates, soaked
  • 40 g Dried red soar cherries
  • 6 to garnish Vanilla extract

To Dust

  • Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Roll into 30-gram balls and lightly dust in raspberry powder.
