Haloumi & Avocado Breakfast Bagel

A breakfast bagel of champions! Layers of Barker’s Not So Sweet Chilli Sauce, rocket, haloumi, avocado and a perfect fried egg. Try worthy 😏

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice bagels in half and toast until lightly golden.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Fry eggs until cooked to your liking. Pan fry haloumi for 1-2 minutes each side, until golden brown.
  3. Drizzle the cut sides of the bagels with olive oil. Spoon 1 tablespoon Barker’s of Geraldine Not So Sweet Chilli Sauce over the bottom half of each bagel. Top with rocket, sliced avocado, haloumi and fried egg. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with remaining tablespoon of sauce.
  4. Sandwich together and serve immediately.

Allergens

  1. Milk and milk products, gluten, egg. Barley and sesame seeds may be present depending on choice of bagel.
