Ingredients
- 600 ml Coconut Cream
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 250 g
- Dark chocolate
Method
- Whip cream until just soft; add condensed milk and continue to whip until thick and creamy. Fold through Barker’s Professional Black Cherry, Pear & Vanilla Compote.
- Pour into a lined, long loaf tin and decorate the top with chocolate and nuts.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Serve in a waffle cone or however fits your establishments dining style.
- HANDY HINT: Swap out for various compote flavours if desired, or create numerous batches to offer a variety of choices to your customers
