Butter Chicken Burritos

These burritos combine the rich, creamy flavors of butter chicken with the convenience of a handheld meal. Perfect for a quick and delicious dinner!

Ingredients
- 0 cup Barker's Professional Butter Chicken Paste, warmed
- ½ cup hummus, warmed
- 1 cup cooked wild rice, warmed
- ¼ cup pickled onions, sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup cows feta, crumbled
- 10 inch tortillas, stored in a warmed tea towel
- 3 Tbsp Butter, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Toss the diced chicken with Barker’s Professional Mexican Chipotle Hot & Spicy Sauce, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
- Heat oil in heavy based fry pan and add the marinated chicken along with the sauce itself. Add capsicum. Stir fry on a reduced heat for approx. 10 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
- Fill each tortilla with an equal portion of cooked chicken, sprinkle with cheese and roll into a tube. Place side by side in a baking dish. Top with extra Barker’s Professional Mexican Chipotle Hot & Spicy Sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes and serve hot with a green salad.
