Breakfast Pizza

Why not have pizza for breakfast? This one’s topped with eggs, bacon, cheese & uses Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Relish on the base - a fun way to start your guests day.

Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Line a large tray with baking paper and place bases as a single layer. Spread each base with Anchor cream cheese and 1 heaped tsp Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Relish.
- Arrange tomatoes, salmon, bacon or mushrooms around the pizza. Crack an egg into the middle of each pizza. Top with Mainland mozzerella and cracked black pepper.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until eggs are just set. If necessary finish under grill for a minute to further cook whites.
