Ingredients

  • (120g) Wild Chef Pumpkin & Quinoa Patty
  • Curly lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, pickled
  • Barker’s Professional Mango & Peach Chutney

Method

  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the wrap.
  2. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
  3. Cut the Wild Chef Pumpkin & Quinoa Patty into slices for easy wrapping.
  4. Place the sliced patty on top of the veggies.
  5. Spread Barker’s Professional Apricot & Capsicum Chutney generously over the patty.
  6. Roll up the wrap tightly, folding the bottom first, then the sides.
