  • 250 ml Coconut oil
  • 60 g Coconut Sugar
  • 60 g Cocoa powder
  • 140 Almonds, sliced
  • 60 g Walnuts
  • 50 g Pistachio
  • 40 g puffed rice
  • 40 Cocoa nibs
  • 60 g Cranberries
  • 90 g Coconut Flakes
  • 5 g Vanilla extract

Method

Method

  1. Blend Barker’s Professional Mixed Berry Smoothie Base, frozen berries and yoghurt. Pour into dessert bowl.
  2. Top with Barker’s Professional Rhubarb & Redberry Compote, fresh fruit, muesli, nuts, or any other toppings.
