Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or a mixer. Shape into 10 patties (approximately 200 grams each).
- Grill the patties until done and then assemble the burgers.
- Grill or toast burger buns sliced in half.
- Spread with 1 tsp yoghurt mayonnaise on the base, add crunchy lettuce, sliced tomato and the grilled pattie. Top with more yoghurt mayonnaise and Barker’s Professional Mango & Peach Chutney.
- YOGHURT MAYONNAISE - Mix 2 cups of fresh egg mayonnaise with 1 cup of natural yoghurt.
