Ingredients

  • 40 ml Barker's Professional Spiced Chai Coffee Syrup
  • 180 ml Milk
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

  1. Heat the Milk: Pour 180ml of milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the Syrup: Stir in 40ml of Barker’s Professional Spiced Chai Coffee Syrup.
  3. Mix Well: Continue to stir until the syrup is fully mixed with the milk.
  4. Serve: Pour the hot spiced chai into a mug.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top for an extra touch of flavour.
