Shakshuka Bread Cases

These shakshuka bread cases combine a rich, spiced filling with eggs, smoky sausage and melted cheese. All baked into crisp, golden bread cups. Perfectly portioned and full of flavour, they’re a versatile option for breakfast, brunch, or snack-time service.

Ingredients
- 200 g Barker's Professional Shakshuka Filling
- 3 Egg
- 2 cut into pieces Chicken kransky
- 12 slices Sliced sandwhich bread
- ¼ cup Grated cheese
Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Spray Texas muffin tins with oil.
- Lightly butter one side of the bread slices. Place a bread slice into each muffin tin, butter side down.
- Divide the chopped Kransky between the 12 bread cases
- Mix the eggs into the Barker’s Professional Shakashuka Savoury Filling, then pour the mixture evenly into the bread cases.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of each case.
- Bake for 20 minutes until brown and set.
- Serve garnished with sour cream and parsley.
