Ingredients

  • 150 ml Barker’s Professional Mixed Berry Smoothie Base (or any of our smoothie base range)
  • 25 g Frozen Berries
  • 100 g Anchor Greek Yoghurt
  • Barker’s Professional Rhubarb & Redberry Compote (or any of our compote range)
  • Fruit
  • Muesli
  • Nuts
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Edible flowers
  • to garnish Pistachio
  • to garnish Almonds
  • to garnish Freeze dried raspberries
  • to garnish Dark chocolate

Method

  1. Place the Barker’s Professional Pineapple, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Base, chilled water and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour slushy into glass
  4. HANDY HINTS: Drizzle some Barker’s Professional Pineapple, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Base around the inside of the glass before pouring in the slushy. Garnish with fruit and or mint (fresh or dried
