  • 150 ml Barker’s Professional Mixed Berry Smoothie Base
  • 25 g Frozen Berries
  • 100 g Anchor Greek Yoghurt
  • Barker’s Professional Rhubarb & Redberry Compote
  • Fruit
  • Muesli
  • Mixed nuts
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Edible flowers
  • to garnish Pistachio
  • to garnish Almonds
  • to garnish Freeze dried raspberries
  • to garnish Dark chocolate

Method

  1. Place the Barker’s Professional Pineapple, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Base, chilled water and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour slushy into glass
