- 150 ml Barker’s Professional Mixed Berry Smoothie Base
- 25 g Frozen Berries
- 100 g Anchor Greek Yoghurt
- Barker’s Professional Rhubarb & Redberry Compote
- Fruit
- Muesli
- Mixed nuts
- Desiccated coconut
- Edible flowers
- to garnish Pistachio
- to garnish Almonds
- to garnish Freeze dried raspberries
- to garnish Dark chocolate
Method
- Place the Barker’s Professional Pineapple, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Base, chilled water and ice in a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour slushy into glass
- HANDY HINTS: Drizzle some Barker’s Professional Pineapple, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Base around the inside of the glass before pouring in the slushy. Garnish with fruit and or mint (fresh or dried
