Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 3 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mint finely chopped
- 4 tsp Barker’s Professional Traditional Mint Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 to 3 tsp milk to adjust consistency (optional)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients (except milk) in a small bowl.
- Add the milk, a little bit at a time, stirring until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Garnish with mint and cucumber slices.
