Devilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 16 Pork ribs
  • 1 kg Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 2/5 kg mashed potatoes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Spray a baking pan with oil and line with a sheet of non-stick paper. Spray the paper with oil.
  3. Scatter over the onions.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the ribs and Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce. Toss together to coat evenly.
  5. Place the ribs, without the excess sauce left behind in the bowl, onto the baking pan. Place into the oven to grill and colour for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn the heat down in the oven to 135°C.
  7. Pour over the sauce from the mixing bowl and the water.
  8. Cook for a further two and half hours.
  9. Serve the ribs with sauce and mashed potatoes.
