Devilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 4 onions, sliced
- 16 Pork ribs
- 1 kg Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce
- 300 ml Water
- 2 2/5 kg mashed potatoes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spray a baking pan with oil and line with a sheet of non-stick paper. Spray the paper with oil.
- Scatter over the onions.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ribs and Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce. Toss together to coat evenly.
- Place the ribs, without the excess sauce left behind in the bowl, onto the baking pan. Place into the oven to grill and colour for 15 minutes.
- Turn the heat down in the oven to 135°C.
- Pour over the sauce from the mixing bowl and the water.
- Cook for a further two and half hours.
- Serve the ribs with sauce and mashed potatoes.
