Ingredients

  • 535 g Pizza dough
  • 110 g Barker’s Professional Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney
  • 100 grams roasted red peppers
  • 140 g Mozzarella cheese

  • fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Hummus
  • slices tomato (optional)

Method

  1. Roll out the pizza dough and line a 24cm tray.
  2. Rub with Barker’s Professional Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney and roasted peppers.
  3. Top with shredded lamb, tomato slices (optional) and mozzarella.
