We use locally-grown ripe blackcurrants, pressed, blended and bottled right here in Geraldine. A 200ml glass of Blackcurrant Fruit Syrup, made with 20ml syrup and 180ml water (still or sparkling) will provide 70% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin C.
