Anathoth Farm

Anathoth Farm captures the good of life with wholesome, authentic preserves, batch-made with traditional country pride.

It all started on the Anathoth Farm where our jams were made in simple plastic pots and sold at the local market. The locals loved the big, bold, real fruit flavours and kept coming back for more.

30 years later, we still use real, whole fruit – and because we proudly support local growers, we purchase New Zealand fruit and vegetables wherever we can. We still make our jams with a traditional rolling boil.

Just like home preservers, we use roughly half fruit and half sugar to make our soft set jam, adding fruit pectin for low-pectin fruits to improve the set for a consistent product..
