This cocktail is as cute as it sounds-fruity, floral, and totally delightful.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Barker’s Professional Pink Grapefruit Syrup
- 15 ml Lime juice
- Soda / sparkling water
- Lemon/Lime wedge
Method
- In a tall glass add gin, Barker’s Professional Pink Grapefruit Syrup & lime juice.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add soda or sparkling water to fill.
- Add straw if desired.
- Garnish with lemon or lime.
- Tip: Swirl the drink before serving and experiment with the visual effect that the coloured layers can create.
