Our story
Barker’s is a thriving food and beverage manufacturer proudly celebrating 55 years of innovation and great food, located at the foot of the Four Peaks mountain range, 8 kilometres from the picturesque town of Geraldine, South Canterbury.
For many decades, Barker’s have been creating quality products under brands that are loved, enjoyed, and trusted by many Kiwi households, baking and hospitality professionals, and large food manufacturers. In 2015 we proudly became part of the Andros global family
Who we are
Barker’s Professional is the dedicated Foodservice brand of Barker Fruit Processors Ltd. We deliver flavour, flair, and ease to our customers. Our comprehensive range makes Barker’s Professional the leading Australasian manufacturer of fruit, vegetable and related bakery and foodservice fillings and toppings. Still located on the original Geraldine site in the Central South Island of New Zealand, we continue to offer quality, innovation and excellence to our business partners.
Our extensive range includes medium and high moisture fillings, yoghurt and ice cream preparations, retail and foodservice jams, spreads, chutneys, condiments, sauces, jellies, toppings, compotes, smoothie bases, beverages and more!

With a large team of technologists, developers, cooks and food marketers, Barker’s launch over 100 skus annually from 1,000+ raw materials. We manufacture in our nut free, SQF audited site. We’re also specialists at creating bespoke products to our customers’ individual needs
