Method
- Line the base of your tart shell with approximately 20 grams of Barkers Professional Lemon curd (depending on the size of your tart shell).
- Pipe 30 grams of Barkers Professional lemon crème over the top, using a pallet knife, smooth out the top, so the filling is level with the tart shell.
- Finish with a lemon cream and decorate with tiny dots of Barkers Professional lemon crème filling.
