Zingy Lemon Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 Tart Shell
  • 20 g Barker's Professional Lemon Fruit Curd
  • 30 g Barker's Professional Lemon Creme Filling
  • Lemon Creme

Method

  1. Line the base of your tart shell with approximately 20 grams of Barkers Professional Lemon curd (depending on the size of your tart shell).
  2. Pipe 30 grams of Barkers Professional lemon crème over the top, using a pallet knife, smooth out the top, so the filling is level with the tart shell.
  3. Finish with a lemon cream and decorate with tiny dots of Barkers Professional lemon crème filling.
