Ingredients
- 14 g Barker's Professional White Chocolate Coffee Syrup
- 150 ml Milk of Choice
- 3 g Matcha
- 45 ml Water
- White Chocolate Topping
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk 3g of matcha with 45ml of hot water (80℃) until smooth and frothy.
- In a saucepan, heat 150ml of your milk of choice until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in 14g of Barker's Professional White Chocolate Coffee Syrup into the hot milk.
- Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and syrup mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Pour the latte into a cup.
- Add a white chocolate topping if desired
