Ingredients

  • 14 g Barker's Professional White Chocolate Coffee Syrup
  • 150 ml Milk of Choice
  • 3 g Matcha
  • 45 ml Water
  • White Chocolate Topping

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk 3g of matcha with 45ml of hot water (80℃) until smooth and frothy.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 150ml of your milk of choice until hot but not boiling.
  3. Stir in 14g of Barker's Professional White Chocolate Coffee Syrup into the hot milk.
  4. Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and syrup mixture, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the latte into a cup.
  6. Add a white chocolate topping if desired
