Vegetarian Burgers

Stacked, saucy, and seriously satisfying! These vegetarian burgers bring the flavour with melty cheese, fresh veggies, and a generous swipe of Barker’s Professional American Burger Relish. Grill, build, bite repeat!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Vegetarian patties
  • 3 Burger buns
  • Aioli
  • Barker's Professional American Burger Relish
  • Cheese, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Large tomato, sliced
  • Handful of baby spinach or lettuce leaves

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or on a flat barbeque. Grill and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through
  2. Lightly grill the sliced burger buns on the barbeque or under the grill in the oven until starting to brown.
  3. Slather on a generous spoon of Barker's Professional American Burger Relish on the burger bun bases and aioli on the bun tops.
  4. Top each with a cooked patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion rings, followed by the bun tops. Serve.
