Vegetarian Burgers

Stacked, saucy, and seriously satisfying! These vegetarian burgers bring the flavour with melty cheese, fresh veggies, and a generous swipe of Barker’s Professional American Burger Relish. Grill, build, bite repeat!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Vegetarian patties
- 3 Burger buns
- Aioli
- Barker's Professional American Burger Relish
- Cheese, sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Large tomato, sliced
- Handful of baby spinach or lettuce leaves
Method
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or on a flat barbeque. Grill and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through
- Lightly grill the sliced burger buns on the barbeque or under the grill in the oven until starting to brown.
- Slather on a generous spoon of Barker's Professional American Burger Relish on the burger bun bases and aioli on the bun tops.
- Top each with a cooked patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion rings, followed by the bun tops. Serve.
