Strawberry Matcha

Layered matcha, milk, and Barker's Professional Strawberry Topping, visually striking and refreshingly smooth.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Milk
  • 50 g Barker's Professional Strawberry Topping
  • 3 g Matcha
  • 30 ml Water
  • Ice

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 30ml of hot water (around 80℃) until it becomes smooth and frothy.
  2. In a separate glass, add 50g Barker's Professional Strawberry Topping to the bottom.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Pour in your preferred milk.
  5. Gently pour the prepared matcha over the strawberry and milk layers.
  6. Optional - Add a scoop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of dried strawberries for garnish.
