Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk of Choice
- 3 g Matcha
- 30 ml Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 30 ml Barker's Professional Salted Caramel Topping
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk 3g of matcha with 30ml of hot water (80℃) until smooth and frothy.
- In a saucepan, heat 150ml of your milk of choice until warm, but not boiling.
- Add 30ml of Barker’s Professional Butterscotch Caramel Topping and a pinch of salt to the warm milk. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the matcha mixture into the milk mixture and stir or whisk until fully blended.
