Ingredients

  • 100 ml Milk of Choice
  • 3 g Matcha
  • 30 ml Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 30 ml Barker's Professional Salted Caramel Topping

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk 3g of matcha with 30ml of hot water (80℃) until smooth and frothy.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 150ml of your milk of choice until warm, but not boiling.
  3. Add 30ml of Barker’s Professional Butterscotch Caramel Topping and a pinch of salt to the warm milk. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the matcha mixture into the milk mixture and stir or whisk until fully blended.
