Ingredients
- 150 g Milk
- 30 g Barker's Professional Chocolate Topping
- 2 Espresso Shots
- Ice
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate Powder
Method
- Prepare 2 fresh shots of espresso and set aside.
- In a separate cup, mix the milk and chocolate topping until well combined.
- Fill a glass with ice, then drizzle chocolate topping around the inside of the glass.
- Pour the chocolate milk mixture over the ice.
- Pour the espresso shots on top.
- Add a swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
