Iced Mocha

A chilled blend of espresso, milk, and Barker's Professional Chocolate Topping, finished with whipped cream and chocolate powder for a premium café experience.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Milk
  • 30 g Barker's Professional Chocolate Topping
  • 2 Espresso Shots
  • Ice
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Powder (for garnish)

Method

  1. Prepare 2 fresh shots of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a separate cup, mix the milk and chocolate topping until well combined.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, then drizzle chocolate topping around the inside of the glass.
  4. Pour the chocolate milk mixture over the ice.
  5. Pour the espresso shots on top.
  6. Add a swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
