These Pass Rounds make for a great entrée or nibbles option on a catering menu/ sharing platter. Simply choose the option(s) you desire, aquire the associated ingredients and layer accordingly. Don’t be shy to mix and match platters with multiple options!

Ingredients

OPTION ONE

  • 50 g Barker’s Professional Sundried Tomato & Kalamata Olive Chutney
  • 10 salami slices
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Option Two
  • 30 Van Dyck blinis
  • 50 g Barker’s Professional Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly
  • 10 Lebanese cucumber slices

OPTION THREE

  • 30 Van Dyck blinis
  • 20 g Barker’s Professional Lemon Curd
  • 40 g Mayonnaise
  • 10 mussels
  • Lemon rind

Method

  1. Layer chutney atop blini, then place down salami slices and garnish with coriander.

OPTION TWO

  8. Spread a dollop of Jelly on blini then place on a thin slice of cucumber.
  9. Mix Barker’s Professional Lemon Curd with mayonnaise, place on blini, top with a mussel and garnish with lemon rind.
