These Pass Rounds make for a great entrée or nibbles option on a catering menu/ sharing platter. Simply choose the option(s) you desire, aquire the associated ingredients and layer accordingly. Don’t be shy to mix and match platters with multiple options!

Method
- Layer chutney atop blini, then place down salami slices and garnish with coriander.
OPTION TWO

- Spread a dollop of Jelly on blini then place on a thin slice of cucumber.
- Mix Barker’s Professional Lemon Curd with mayonnaise, place on blini, top with a mussel and garnish with lemon rind.
