Ingredients
- 1 grated paneer cheese
 - 2 cups mashed potato
 - 4 tbsp Flour
 - ¼ tsp Baking soda
 - 2 table salt
 - 800 Barker’s Professional Spinach Saagwala Meal Sauce
 - 200 ml Water
 - ¼ cup Coconut Cream
 
Method
- In an electric mixer using a paddle attachment, place the paneer and potato in the mixing bowl. On low speed, bind the two ingredients together.
 - Add in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
 - With damp hands, roll the mix into small balls. Place on a tray and refrigerate.
 - In a wide roasting pan (or brat pan for a scaled-up recipe), bring the Barker’s Professional Spinach Saagwala Meal Sauce and water to a simmer.
 - Place in the paneer balls. Using a spoon, fold over the balls through the sauce to cook them through (approximately 3 to 4 minutes).
 - Spoon onto a serving dish and drizzle cream over the surface.
