Method
- Warm the éclair cases for about 3 to 4 minutes, then slice in half.
- Fill the éclair cases with a 50/50 mixture of Barker’s Professional Custard Flavoured Patisserie Crème and Barker’s Professional Salted Caramel Classic Crème
- Return the tops to the éclairs and drizzle Barker’s Professional Salted Caramel Topping on top.
