  • 12 Coux pastry éclair cases
  • Barker’s Professional Custard Flavoured Patisserie Crème

Method

  1. Warm the éclair cases for about 3 to 4 minutes, then slice in half.
  2. Fill the éclair cases with a 50/50 mixture of Barker’s Professional Custard Flavoured Patisserie Crème and Barker’s Professional Salted Caramel Classic Crème
  3. Return the tops to the éclairs and drizzle Barker’s Professional Salted Caramel Topping on top.
