Chia Seed Pot

A nutritious chia seed pudding with fresh fruit and nuts-healthy and satisfying for any time of the day.
Ingredients
- 250 ml Anchor Greek Yoghurt
- 120 ml Barker's Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote
- 125 ml Anchor Protein+ Milk
- 60 ml Chia seeds
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together Anchor greek, Barker’s Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote and milk. Add in chia seeds and whisk well.
- Place into a container and leave to thicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy topped with extra Barker’s Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote, almonds and extra yoghurt.
- Handy Hint: Try with different compotes for different flavours.
