Banoffee in a Glass

Layers of banana, toffee, and cream in a glass. It’s a quick and easy layered dessert that’s always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 8 Plain biscuits
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 200 g
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 ml Coconut Cream
  • to garnish Dark chocolate

Method

  1. Take your plain biscuits (such as superwine) and crush them using a kitchen grinder. (If you don’t have a kitchen grinder, you can always use the bottom of a flat glass / mug!)
  2. Once all biscuits are crushed, take half the mix and create a small layer of biscuits at the bottom of each glass and sprinkle in some pecans
  3. Next, take the Dulce de Leche and add a 50g layer on top of the biscuits in each glass
  4. Add another layer of Dulce de Leche
  5. Place half the sliced banana on top of the Dulce in each glass
  6. Add another layer of cream
  7. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and pecans!
