Raspberry Dragonfruit & White Chocolate Gourmet Muffins

Soft gourmet muffins filled with Raspberry Dragonfruit and studded with creamy white chocolate for a fruity bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/5 kg Base Muffin Batter
  • 240 g Barker's Professional Raspberry Dragonfruit Filling
  • White chocolate chips

Method

  1. Fold the chocolate chips through the muffin batter.
  2. Deposit 110 grams of the muffin batter into pre-lined muffin tins.
  3. Pipe 20 grams of Barker’s Professional Raspberry Dragonfruit Filling into the centre of each muffin.
  4. Bake at 175°C for approximately 30 minutes.
