Ingredients
- 1 1/5 kg Base Muffin Batter
- 240 g Barker's Professional Raspberry Dragonfruit Filling
- White chocolate chips
Method
- Fold the chocolate chips through the muffin batter.
- Deposit 110 grams of the muffin batter into pre-lined muffin tins.
- Pipe 20 grams of Barker’s Professional Raspberry Dragonfruit Filling into the centre of each muffin.
- Bake at 175°C for approximately 30 minutes.
