Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

•  6 slices of white bread

•  30g melted butter

•   200g Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base

•   80g water

•   1 packet of Maggi Onion powdered soup

•    150g grated cheese

Assembly

  1. Brush each slice of white bread with melted butter. 

  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, blend together the Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base, water and onion soup, stirring often. Bring to a simmer and remove from the heat.

  3. Spread approximately 45 grams of the creamy sauce mixture over the unbuttered side of the bread slices, followed by roughly 25 grams of grated cheese.

  4. Roll up.

  5. Grill at 180°C for 3-5 minutes and serve.
