Ingredients
- 300 g Pizza dough base
- 200 g Barker's Professional Creamy Onion Savoury Filling
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese
- 9 pieces Thinly sliced parboiled potatoes
- 4 Peach wedges slices (chargrilled)
- 14 Pear wedges slices (chargrilled)
- 3 Sliced prosciutto (ripped)
- 10 g Microgreens
- 10 g Walnuts
- 10 g Quince Paste
Method
- Roll out the pizza dough base to your desired shape.
- Cover with Barker's Professional Creamy Onion Savoury Filling, mozzarella cheese and the thinly-sliced potatoes.
- Bake at 300°C for approximately 6 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with remaining ingredients and finish with flakes of parmesan cheese.
