This pizza brings together creamy onion savoury filling, melted mozzarella and tender potato on a crisp base. Finished with chargrilled pear and peach, prosciutto, walnuts and quince. A perfectly balanced blend of sweet and savoury, ideal for a standout seasonal dish.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Pizza dough base
  • 200 g Barker's Professional Creamy Onion Savoury Filling
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 9 pieces Thinly sliced parboiled potatoes
  • 4 Peach wedges slices (chargrilled)
  • 14 Pear wedges slices (chargrilled)
  • 3 Sliced prosciutto (ripped)
  • 10 g Microgreens
  • 10 g Walnuts
  • 10 g Quince Paste

Method

  1. Roll out the pizza dough base to your desired shape.
  2. Cover with Barker's Professional Creamy Onion Savoury Filling, mozzarella cheese and the thinly-sliced potatoes.
  3. Bake at 300°C for approximately 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, top with remaining ingredients and finish with flakes of parmesan cheese.
