Smoothie Bases are now Fruit Purees

We’ve renamed our Smoothie Bases to Fruit Purees.

The name has changed, but the delicious fruit flavour and trusted Barker’s Professional quality have not changed.

While these products are still perfect for smoothies, the new name better reflects how versatile they are. From frappés to desserts and breakfast bowls, Fruit Purees can be used in far more ways than blending alone.

Our customers have been using this range in creative ways for years. The name Fruit Purees more accurately describes what is inside the bottle and the many applications it can be used for.

Available flavours

The Fruit Puree range is available in four delicious flavours; Banana, Mixed Berry, Strawberry and Mango. With new flavours coming very soon!

You may have already spotted the new labels appearing on shelves and in your deliveries. As we work through existing stock, the transition will happen gradually.

During this time, you’ll notice the range is now called Fruit Purees instead of Smoothie Bases. While the name has changed, what’s inside hasn’t.
