Butter Chicken

Makes 10 meals for 9+ age group

Ingredients

650g Uncooked Diced Chicken

500g Barker’s Professional Butter Chicken Meal Sauce

100ml Water

A little oil

1.35 kg Cooked Rice

700g Cooked Vegetables

Method

  1. Prepare a large pan with a spray of oil and put to heat on medium to high.

  2. Fry chicken until golden brown, turning to ensure pieces are cooked through (10 to 15 mins).

  3. Reduce the heat and pour Barker’s Professional Butter Chicken Meal Sauce along with the water.

  4. Stir into the chicken until well combined and warmed through.

  5. Serve with cooked rice and vegetables.
