Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker's Professional by Andros Mandarin & Jasmine Chunky Mix
- 6 Lime wedges
- 10 Mint leaves (slapped)
- 60 ml White rum
- Soda
Method
- Muddle lime.
- Add in Barker's Professional by Andros Mandarin & Jasmine Chunky Mix and White rum.
- Add ice, top with soda. Swizzle well.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and mandarin wedge.
